Yep thats right...for sale by owner ambitious I know, but were going to try and do it.
Do we have a plan - right now not really but we feel good about this choice and whatever happens happens, we will be happy to stay but wouldnt feel right if we didnt follow our prompting. So here it is were going to FSBO for a few more weeks at $225,000
and we will see how that goes.

Well they're building lots of houses on our street in Day Break! You could always move out by us! Haha! Good luck! The winter is usually slower on sales, but the people who are looking are actually looking to move so you might be lucky!
